  • Take necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties processing personal data on our behalf;
  • Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your processed personal data.

Your data is safe with us, and we will always use it properly. In this privacy statement, we explain what we do with the information we learn about you through the Brain & Co Foundation website.

Handling Orders

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may share your personal data with our delivery service to have your order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this, we use:

We need this information because of the contract we enter into with you. We keep this information until two years after your order has been completed. We retain certain customer data longer due to legal tax retention obligations.

Sending Newsletters

We have a newsletter, and you will only be added to the subscriber list with your permission. The newsletter contains news, tips, and information about our products and services. For this, we use:

We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The newsletter is sent monthly by email and includes:
