Cheque Presentation 2017: €125,250 to the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital!

On Friday, November 24, 2017, the AH Second to None Foundation held its cheque presentation to the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital. With great pride and gratitude, Henriette Hendriksz, on behalf of the board, presented the astounding amount of €125,250, raised during the 2017 Heldendiner, to Dr. Olaf van Tellingen’s research team.

Dr. Van Tellingen had invited his entire research team, and along with other staff members of the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital, the guests from the Hendriksz family and the board members had the opportunity to get acquainted. Dr. Van Tellingen shared insights on the background, progress, and international collaboration in brain tumor research. After the group photo session, the event concluded with a pleasant reception. We are already looking forward to a new presentation in 2019!
